AMD is preparing graphics cards for the budget segment and enthusiasts based on the Navi 14 and Navi 12 GPUs

According to information taken from Linux drivers, we are expecting several new products that will help the company win the budget segment and the segment for enthusiasts.

The budget segment is planned to be filled using the Navi 14 graphics processor. There is not much information about it: GDDR6 memory and 128bit bus. Most likely, these video cards will be used to replace the Polaris architecture: Radeon RX 570, RX 580 and RX 590.

Navi 12, in turn, is intended for users who have no problems with money and need maximum performance. The Navi 12 GPU is credited with 30-50% more stream processors than the Navi 10 (RX 5700), 256bit bus, and GDDR6 memory. Alternatively, models with HBM2 memory may appear. Heat dissipation should be no more than 300W.

The most interesting is the price. So far we can only guess and, if you look at the Navi 12, focus on the value of $550-600. In the case of Navi 14, the price tag can be lowered to $200-300.

If the video cards on Navi 12 will have such characteristics or even better, then with such a price tag, the Nvidia RTX 2070 SUPER and RTX 2080 can have a serious competitor.
